What you need:

TRX or similar

For more experienced

Balance Board, Pilates Ball, Blackroll, small weights

 

Make sure you keep Body tension at any time

Make sure you keep tension on Belts at any time

 

Start with 8 - 10 repetitions / 2 - 3 rounds

Increase steadily 

get to 30 repetitions / 3-4 rounds

 

Leg excercises, watch that your knees don't pass your toes
